BPS Kapuas Regency Holds Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards Evaluation

BPS-Statistics BPS-Statistics Kapuas Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards (SPP), which took place at the BPS Kapuas Regency Hall, located at Jalan Tambun Bungai No. 15, Kuala Kapuas. This activity aimed to evaluate the performance of public service delivery at the Integrated Statistical Service Unit and to broaden public understanding of the existing service standards.

The FGD, which was conducted from 08:00 to 12:30 WIB, was attended by various stakeholders, including representatives from Regional Apparatus Organizations, BPS data users, universities, mass media, non-governmental organizations, and the general public. The event was officially opened by the Head of BPS Kapuas Regency, Mr. Ahmad Nasrullah, SST. In his opening remarks, he emphasized the importance of regular evaluations of service standards as part of the implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 on Public Services. He also expressed his appreciation to all participants for their attendance and contributions toward improving statistical services in Kapuas Regency.

The material on Public Service Standards (SPP) was presented by Mr. Anton Rahmansyah Sumadi, S.Tr.Stat., a Junior Expert Computer Analyst at BPS Kapuas Regency. The discussion proceeded dynamically, featuring an interactive question-and-answer session involving all participants. The discussion focused on refining public service standards to become more adaptive to community needs and the evolving environmental conditions.

Through the successful implementation of this activity, BPS Kapuas Regency hopes to continuously enhance the quality of services provided to the public, in line with the BPS Kapuas Regency service motto: "Serving with Professionalism, Integrity, and Trust."
