Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotels during January 2021 reached 30.14 percent, down 18.13 points compared to December 2020 which was 48.27 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels also fell 0.69 points, from 18.74 percent to 18.05 percent.

Compared to the same month in the previous year, the ROR for star hotels fell 9.60 points, while non-star hotels fell 2.63 points.

The average length of stay at star hotels in January 2021 reached 1.56 days, while non-star hotels were 1.15 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in January 2021 was 15.13 thousand people, down 39.55 percent compared to the previous month, while at non-star hotels fell by 1.00 percent.
